Swathy Ramaswamy is a seasoned Sustainability leader with 20+ years of experience in the Built Environment and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sectors. She is passionate about designing and implementing solutions that embed sustainability and circularity deep into systems and processes across the value chain.

She has worked in sustainability roles within supply chain, product management and engineering functions at Trane Technologies, AT&T and The Home Depot. Since 2019, she has also served on the City of Charlotte’s Strategic Energy Action Plan (SEAP) committee for buildings to support Charlotte’s climate and sustainability goals. She is a 2023 President’s award winner for Environmental Sustainability at Trane Technologies and received a 2020 Technology All-Stars award from Women of Color Magazine.

Swathy holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Anna University, India. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is also certified in Lean.
